Recipe for 2 smoothies
I ripe avocado
juice from 2 oranges
juice from half a lemon
2 large handfuls of spinach
5cm piece of cucumber
10-15 cubes of ice
about 1 small glass of water depending on how thick you want it
Organic post workout snack!
1 small banana covered in peanut butter rolled in roasted shredded coconut and small pieces of medjool dates.
Tip! Sprinkle a small amount of salt to enhance the lovely peanut butter.
